Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they always do a thorough job.
I loved it everything about the service and how quick they were.
Exceptional repair shop. I can't recommend them highly enough. Best shop I have ever been to. You will not be disappointed! Hugh was extraordinary in helping me and having my car repaired so timely and meticulously.
Everything was great. The only thing that could be improved was that the smell of the inside of the car had a very strong chemical smell. I don't know if it's possible to air out the car more but I think that would help.
I was very impressed with the courtesy, knowledge, workmanship and efficiency of the staff. When I picked up my car, the paint looked great, the window, the rear view mirror worked. All my paperwork was complete. The intake person (Hugh) walked me through inspection of my car. Thank you D & D Auto Body.

I am very pleased with every aspect of our experience with D & D. They did an excellent job of fixing our car, had wonderful communications skills, kept us up to date, and returned the car cleaner and shinier than it has ever been.

The guys at D&D very friendly and took care of my car. It looks better than it did before my accident. The estimate was close to the actual cost. We were originally scheduled for Jan 6, but our area had a lot of snow that made it dangerous to drive. The guys were very understanding and told me not to come until I felt safe. When they did have my car, the repairs took only a few days and in the time they said they would expect to finish.
Hugh was very nice and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair by text. The repair job was excellent and fast considering it was a holiday week. I would definitely recommend D & D Auto Body.

Excellent repair! D&D repaired an earlier repair that wasn’t done correctly by a company that has since gone out of business. Hugh was extremely hands-on. He even took the time to come out and take a closer look at my issue, gave his opinion of what his option would entail including the possible timeframe for the repair.
