The guys at D&D very friendly and took care of my car. It looks better than it did before my accident. The estimate was close to the actual cost. We were originally scheduled for Jan 6, but our area had a lot of snow that made it dangerous to drive. The guys were very understanding and told me not to come until I felt safe. When they did have my car, the repairs took only a few days and in the time they said they would expect to finish.

Hugh was very nice and professional. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair by text. The repair job was excellent and fast considering it was a holiday week. I would definitely recommend D & D Auto Body.

Excellent repair! D&D repaired an earlier repair that wasn’t done correctly by a company that has since gone out of business. Hugh was extremely hands-on. He even took the time to come out and take a closer look at my issue, gave his opinion of what his option would entail including the possible timeframe for the repair.

Dealing with D&D was a positive experience. They saw my car quickly after calling them and even though it was a holiday week, they said they could start ordering parts and get the ball rolling on the repair. I was very pleased with the work and the car looks really good!

Hugh was extremely professional and a calming influence throughout the entire repair process. My Camry was brought in for extensive repairs after all 4 tires were stolen. He kept me informed on a regular basis about the status of the repairs and the estimated completion date. If there was a change to the estimated completion date, he explained in detail the cause of delays (additional damage found from the theft incident) and what additional repairs were required. Having 4 tires stolen and seeing my car extensively damaged was a difficult loss to accept. I am grateful to Hugh for helping me navigate the process of getting my car repaired. Based on this experience, I would certainly choose D&D again for future auto repair needs.

D & D was amazing when I got into a fender bender and needed my car worked on. They are super responsive and keep you updated throughout the whole process.
